The Atlantic TidalWave3 TT-Series is a range of asynchronous pond pumps designed for koi ponds, water gardens, and water features that operate continuously. There are eight models which cover a range of 1,640 to 9,150 gallons per hour (TT1500 through TT9000). They combine the energy efficiency of magnetic induction with the flow and head strength of direct-drive geometry so the pump can move more water with fewer watts.

What Is an Asynchronous Pond Pump?
The asynchronous pump is a hybrid pump design that marries two technologies in one rotor assembly: the low electric draw of a magnetic-drive pump and the high head and flow capacity of a direct-drive pump.
